Gastroenterology Foundation Zurich (GFZ)
The "Gastroenterology Foundation Zurich" (GFZ) was founded as a non-profit, politically and denominationally independent association in 2018.
The aim of the association is to establish and maintain a network and communication platform for doctors and researchers with a specific interest in gastroenterology in Zurich.
GFZ supports scientific research as well as training and further education in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology.
The GFZ was founded by the two board members Prof. Dr. med. Stephan Vavricka and PD Dr. med. Heiko Frühauf in 2018.
